Return & Refund Policy
At OHM Studios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
To start the return process, please contact us at support@organichealthmen.dk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if covered by us) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@organichealthmen.dk for further instructions.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@organichealthmen.dk.
