REFUND POLICY
Items purchased from Ohm Studios must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent their sale. Items must also be returned in their original packaging including all tags within 30 days of receipt of shipment in order to receive a refund.
Items such as underwear and socks will not be accepted for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
The customer may make a maximum of two return/exchange requests per order.
The customer must bear the logistic costs of the returns. All returns must be delivered to a collection point.
*Orders Argentina: All orders that are returned due to absence, incorrect address, or refusal to pay customs duties cannot be refunded for the shipping costs.

**Europe - 10€/ 5€
UK - 15€/ 7€
Rest of the world - 30€/ 25€
*Europe I - Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Netherlands, Portugal.

After managing the return/exchange through the link, you will receive an email with the instructions and the return label.
Any returns not handled through the above link and sent at the customer's expense will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES*.
If your order has a discount and you wish to exchange it for another garment (this includes exchanging it for another color), the discount will be lost. If it is only a size change, the discount is respected.
The customer will have to assume the logistic costs of the changes. If the exchange is for a product of a lower or higher amount, the refund or the corresponding payment will be made through our returns and exchanges portal.
If you wish to manage a return or exchange on the exchange order, again you must write to us at support@ohmstudios.com
In case you have received a wrong or defective garment you must also contact support@ohmstudios.com before requesting an exchange or refund.
Can an online order be returned or exchanged in store?
Purchases made at www.ohmstudios.dk * can be returned or exchanged in our stores
To do this you must request it previously to the following mail:
support@ohmstudios.com
In case you have requested an exchange online, you will receive the exchange from our warehouse and not from the store.
In store will only accept returns or exchange whose return shipment is “store delivery” if you have requested another shipping method will not be accepted in store.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect garment and you want to return it in store, you must write to support@ohmstudios.com

Return and exchange conditions for gift garments
Items purchased at Ohm Studios must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use or deterioration, stains, odors or any other condition that prevents its resale as a new product.
The garments offered as gifts during the April 29th promotion, only a size change will be possible. No returns will be accepted for these items.
In case of unavailability of the size requested for the exchange, it will not be possible to replace it with another garment and no refund will be made.
