Care guide
  • Wipe dry after use. Sweat is what ages the wood, not training.

  • Store indoors. Beech is untreated and not made for damp or outdoor storage.

  • Never soak, never machine wash.

  • Check the feet occasionally and press them flat if an edge lifts.

  • Surface marks are normal. The wood records use — that is the point.
Will these fit me?
One size.
The 38 mm grip is deliberately thicker than a broom handle. Thin grips make you squeeze harder than the skill actually requires, and that is where forearm and elbow problems start.
At 30 cm they are built for L-sits, planche work, dips, push-ups and handstand entries. They are not a replacement for a floor-standing dip station, and they are not designed to be stacked or stood on.
Training on concrete? The non-slip feet hold on smooth surfaces. On loose gravel or sand, put them on a mat.
