How to use it
  • Shake well before use

  • Apply a small amount and spread evenly across both hands

  • Let it dry completely before you touch the bar — 20–30 seconds.

How much is 250ml?
About 80–120 applications. A two-hand application is roughly 2–3 ml, so 250 ml gives you somewhere in that range.
Training four times a week, that's five to seven months from one bottle.
Liquid chalk goes further than block chalk because none of it ends up on the floor. It also doesn't run out mid-set.

Safety and storage
Contains alcohol. Flammable.Keep away from open flame and direct heat. Do not smoke while applying. Store below 25°C, out of direct sunlight.

  • Not for broken or irritated skin
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Alcohol dries skin. If you chalk daily, moisturise on rest days

Unopened, within 30 days — full refund. EU customers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; our 30 days is in addition to it.

Once the seal is broken we can't accept it back. It's a consumable and it's a hygiene product. That's the honest reason, not a policy hiding behind small print.
